Training and Experience.
I graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2019 with a first class Batchelor of Arts with honours degree in Humanistic Counselling practice. My training included a detailed focus on trauma, bereavement, anxiety, trauma and sexuality.

I have experience working therapeutically with clients with, or recovering from drug and alcohol addictions and also vulnerable adults on general whose main concerns are not drug/alcohol related.
I have experience working with children and teenagers in the Primary and Secondary School sector.
I use a variety of techniques within my counselling practice to suit each individual needs.
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling And Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to their ethical framework for counselling professions. I also attend regular continuing professional development events/workshops (CPD) to help grow and nourish my practice.
